Sweet swedish apple cider recipie?

Hello!

Im from norway (writing in english cause im not sure if you understand norwegian)
In love with the swedish Herrljunga apple cider, low alcoholic 1-2%.
Been trying a couple of times now with apple juice and champagne yeast, but everytime i get a
very dry, high alcoholic cider, to me it taste more like a vine. Now i got myself a juicer.

Anyone have any recipies to make it swedish, low alc and sweet not dry?

I cant find anything, guess norwegians and the rest of the world likes the hard cider variant.

I don't have a recipe but the thing you are doing wrong is that your cider ferments totally leaving no sugers left and thats how it should  taste but that's me.
You need to either stop the fermentation at a point with the correct left over sugers for your taste or stop it after fermentation is done and add suger or more apple juice.
The first option will give you low alcohol % and the second high alcohol %.
The are yeast stoppers at home brewery shops that you can buy
Or you could add artificial sweeteners after fermentation is done.

If you are carbonating in bottles yeast stoppers will cause you problems cause you killed all the yeast so no bubbles that can be fixed by force carbonation in a corny keg if that is available
