			<description><![CDATA[<p>Om du med veteöl med hefeweizen (Weihenstaphaner, Erdinger, Paulaner) så är det kanske inte ett nybörjaröl egentligen eftersom vete gärna blir lite klistrigt i mäskningen. Men, när man gör hefeweizen hemma så blir det riktigt j*vla gott så du lär inte bli besviken. Lättast är nog en pale ale men vill du göra veteöl så ska du göra det såklart.&nbsp; Vilken mängd har du tänkt dig?<br />Ett vanligt recept på ca 25 liter är 3 kilo pilsnermalt, 3 kg vetemalt, 1st 3068-jäst, hallertuaerhumle 20-30g i 60 min, kanske 15g i slutet. Jäs i 18-20c (ju högre desto mer banan). Mäska i 66c i 60 min.<br />Jag bryggde en hefeweizen idag. Kan du läsa om på min blogg (link nedan).</p>]]></description>
