Köpte European Ale jäst (White Labs WLP011) till Alen och Burton Ale Yeast till Stouten. Dessvärre (Eller bättre, för det blev bra!) så tog jag fel jäst.

Jag har alla ingredienser till stouten hemma så frågan är om European Ale jäst (White Labs WLP011) gör sig bra i en stout?
