Bring the water to the boil and pour it over the ingredients. Stir well to dissolve the sugar, then allow to cool to 70 degrees F before adding the lemon juice, yeast and nutrient. Cover closely and leave in a warm room for 48 hours, then stir, strain into screw-stopper flagons and store in a cool place. 			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Drack en jättegod ingefärsdryck igår Stones Ginger Joe på 4% och funderade på hur man skulle kunna reproducera något liknande. Sötman matchade öl så kanske man bara skulle kunna koka med ingefäran sista 30-40 min istället för humle och få något liknande?</p>]]></content>
