Håller på med programmet igen. En sak jag inte fattar, är hur man genererar recept i detta programmet. Som jag fattar får man själv bestämma mängderna av alla ingredienser. Men vet attdet finns funkioner för både gerering och tips på öl man kan brygga utifrån vad man har hemma sk "in stock"
Men inte kommit dit ännu.

Däremot har jag en pilsner i tankarna. Va tror ni om denna? Med tanke på Humlevalet å mängden.....

BeerSmith Recipe Printout - www.beersmith.com
Recipe: VikingPilsner
Brewer: Mange
Asst Brewer:
Style: Bohemian Pilsner
TYPE: All Grain
Taste: (35.0)

Recipe Specifications
--------------------------
Batch Size: 10.00 L
Boil Size: 10.86 L
Estimated OG: 1.053 SG
Estimated Color: 7.1 EBC
Estimated IBU: 40.3 IBU
Brewhouse Efficiency: 75.0 %
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

Ingredients:
------------
Amount Item Type % or IBU
2.45 kg Pilsner (3.5 EBC) Grain 100.0 %
15.00 gm Northern Brewer [10.50%] (60 min) Hops 33.7 IBU
15.00 gm Saaz [3.30%] (20 min) Hops 6.4 IBU
5.00 gm Saaz [3.30%] (1 min) Hops 0.2 IBU
1 Pkgs Saflager (Fermentis #S-23) [Starter 12 ml]Yeast-Lager

Mash Schedule: Single Infusion, Full Body
Total Grain Weight: 2.45 kg
----------------------------
Name Description Step Temp Step Time
Mash In Add 6.39 L of water at 77.0 C 70.0 C 45 min
Mash Out Add 2.56 L of water at 91.5 C 75.6 C 10 min
