			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I recommend that you take a lager extract (or whatever they have) and make a small partial mash with some crystal malt.<br />You need only to steep the crystal malt in some hot water, 75ºC or so.<br />For 200 grams of crystal malt you can take 1.0 liter of hot water.<br />For best result crush the crystal malt in a mortar or a small (coffe)mill or use a mixing rod or household mixer.</p><p>Let it steep for 20-30 minutes and remove the crystal malt with a sieve or similar.<br />Add the liquid to the rest of the liquified extract.</p><p>Good luck!</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>im new to brewing and wanted to start with a pale ale from extract, but they only have pale malt in hole or crushed, not extract. can i use a different extract to achive close results?</p>]]></content>
