Eraclea \u00e4r en kornsort som trivs i klimatet i nord\u00f6stra Italien, n\u00e4ra Adriatiska havet. Receptet baseras p\u00e5 det som vi bj\u00f6ds p\u00e5 men har finjusterats en aning av v\u00e5ra inbitna bryggare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Det h\u00e4r receptet inneh\u00e5ller syramalt f\u00f6r att s\u00e4nka pH i m\u00e4sken, och vi f\u00f6resl\u00e5r \u00e4ven att \u00f6let torrhumlas. Ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r syramalt kan du anv\u00e4nda mj\u00f6lksyra f\u00f6r pH-justering i m\u00e4sken.
